Step #1 Preheat oven to 375.
Step #2 Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well & set aside.
Step #3 Beat egg whites using clean, dry beaters at high speed until foamy.
Step #4 Gradually add granulated sugar, 1 tbls at a time, beating until soft peaks form.
Step #5 Add corn syrup; beat until stiff peaks form.
Step #6 Set aside.
Step #7 Combine brown sugar, butter & vanilla extract in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed 5 mins or until well-mixed.
Step #8 Fold brown sugar mixture into egg white mixture.
Step #9 Gently stir in the choclotae chips.
Step #10 Drop by level tbls 1 inch apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
Step #11 Bake at 375 for 10 mins or until golden.
Step #12 Remove from oven & let this stand 5 mins.
Step #13 Remove cookies from pans & let cool on wire racks.
Step #14 Store loosely covered.
