Vegetarian Oyster Sauce By Byranna Grogan Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp cornstarch .
  • 1 tsp cold water .
  • 1/2 c boiling water .
  • 1 tbsp sucanat or brown sugar .
  • 1 hugli mushroom stock cubes .
  • 2 tbsps chinese brown bean sauce or dark soy sauce or chickpea miso

Directions
  • Step #1 Dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water.
  • Step #2 Dissolve the broth cube in the boiling water.
  • Step #3 Mix with the sauce & the sugar in small saucepan & heat to boiling.
  • Step #4 Add the dissolved corn starch & stir until it thickens.
  • Step #5 Cool & store this in covered jar.
