Chick Pea And Balsamic Vinegar Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained rinsed & roughly sliced .
  • 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar .
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • 1/2 c fresh flat-leaf parsley, roughly sliced .
  • 1 garlic clove, finely sliced .
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients.
  • Step #2 Can be made ahead & put in the fridged, but serve at about room temp.
