Cauliflower With Lemon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb cauliflower, flourets .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 large egg yolk, beaten .
  • 1 1/2 tsps lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut your cauliflower into bite size flourets.
  • Step #2 steam for approximately 8 - 10 mins or until fork tender.
  • Step #3 Transfer cauliflower to a serving dish & keep warm.
  • Step #4 Reserve the cooking liquid.
  • Step #5 In a separete bowl whisk the egg yolk & 2 tbsp of the reserved cooking liquid.
  • Step #6 add the lemon juice.
  • Step #7 pour over cauliflower & toss.
  • Step #8 Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • Step #9 Serve.
