Crunchy Baked Fish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs fish fillets (your choice) .
  • 1/2 c French dressing .
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) can French-fried onions

Directions
  • Step #1 Thaw fish steaks if frozen.
  • Step #2 Cut into serving pieces.
  • Step #3 Place fish in a shallow baking pan.
  • Step #4 Combine french dressing, lemon juice & salt.
  • Step #5 Pour sauce over fish & let this stand 30 mins, turning once.
  • Step #6 Remove fish from sauce & place this in a well-greased baking dish.
  • Step #7 Crush onions in plastic bag with a rolling pin.
  • Step #8 Add cheese to onions & mix thoroughly.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top onion mixture over fish.
  • Step #10 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 mins or until fish flakes easily with fork.
