Monterey Ole' Mexican Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package Doritos, crushed (Taco flavor is good) .
1/2 c onions, sliced .
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cut into cubes .
1 c monterey jack cheese, grated .
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste .
1 (4 oz) can sliced olives .
1 lb ground beef .
1 1/2 tbsps chili powder .
1 c water .
1 garlic clove .
1 c cheddar cheese, grated .
2 tbsps oil

Directions

Step #1 Cook ground meat with onion & garlic.
Step #2 Add remaining ingredients, except Monterey & Cheddar cheese & chips.
Step #3 Layer the ingredients starting with the Doritos on bottom of 13 x 9 casserole dish, ending with the cheese.
