Cheesy Crab Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp hot sauce .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened, I used light with success .
  • 1 (8 oz) container lump crabmeat, shell pieces removed. See above note .
  • 1/4 c red bell peppers, minced .
  • 1/4 c green onions, minced .
  • 32 wonton wrappers .
  • 1 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard .
  • 1/2 c heavy whipping cream .
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Lightly spray 32 c of a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Place center of wonton wrappers in bottom of mini muffin c, pressing edges of wrappers against sides of pan to form a c.
  • Step #4 Spray edges of wonton wrappers with cooking spray.
  • Step #5 In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, & next 6 ingredients; beat with an electric mixer at lowish speed until smoooth.
  • Step #6 Fold in crabmeat, green onion, & red bell pepper.
  • Step #7 Spoon crab mixture evenly into prepared wonton c.
  • Step #8 Bake 20-25 mins, or until center are set & wonton is lightly browned.
