American Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies .
  • cheddar cheese, to taste .
  • green onions, to taste .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese .
  • 1 (18 oz) package flour tortillas .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can black olives

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook chicken until done.
  • Step #2 Cut into bite size pieces.
  • Step #3 While chicken is cooking mix rotel, black olives, cream cheese, green onions & cheddar cheese.
  • Step #4 Add sliced chicken once cooked.
  • Step #5 Spoon chicken mixture into flour tortillas.
  • Step #6 Place in casserole dish & top this with cream of chicken soup & more cheddar cheese.
  • Step #7 Cook at 325F until cheese is melted & bubbly (about 25 mins).
