Step #1 Marinade: Comine orange marmalade, lemon juice olive oil, horseradish, peanut butter, Dijon mustard, salt & pepper in a zip lock bag.
Step #2 Add pork roast & turn to coat both sides.
Step #3 Cover up & chill for several hrs or overnight, turning pork at least once.
Step #4 Preheat grill.
Step #5 Remove pork from zip lock bag.
Step #6 Sear the pork roast for 1 min on each side.
Step #7 Cover up grill & cook 18 to 22 mins or until a meat thermometer registers 150 to 155, turning pork every 5 mins & brushing with reserved marinade after pork has cooked for 12 mins.
Step #8 Allow pork roast to sit for 5 mins before carving.
