Step #1 Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, & sugar In a large-ish mixing bowl.
Step #2 In another bowl beat the eggs well; add the milk & oil & beat well.
Step #3 Make a well in the dry ingredient & slowly stir in the liquid ingredients, mixing till smooth.
Step #4 Heat skillet on high with 1-2 tbsps cooking oil.
Step #5 Spoon batter into skillet to form 4" pancakes.
Step #6 Brown on both sides & serve this with syrup.
