Super Easy Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (5 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix or instant coconut cream pudding mix .
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed .
1 (9 inch) baked pie crusts (although the non baked graham cracker crust can be used too!) .
1 1/2 c cold milk .
1 1/2 c flaked coconut

Directions

Step #1 In a large bowl mix pudding & milk until pudding becomes thick (usually about 2 mins).
Step #2 Fold in 4 oz (1/2) of the Cool-Whip.
Step #3 Fold in 1 c of coconut.
Step #4 Spread mix into bottom of pie crust.
Step #5 Spread remaining Cool-Whip on top.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with left-over coconut.
Step #7 Serve cooled (about one hr in the fridge).
Step #8 Keep put in the fridged.
