Super Easy Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (5 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix or instant coconut cream pudding mix .
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed .
  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie crusts (although the non baked graham cracker crust can be used too!) .
  • 1 1/2 c cold milk .
  • 1 1/2 c flaked coconut

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl mix pudding & milk until pudding becomes thick (usually about 2 mins).
  • Step #2 Fold in 4 oz (1/2) of the Cool-Whip.
  • Step #3 Fold in 1 c of coconut.
  • Step #4 Spread mix into bottom of pie crust.
  • Step #5 Spread remaining Cool-Whip on top.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with left-over coconut.
  • Step #7 Serve cooled (about one hr in the fridge).
  • Step #8 Keep put in the fridged.
