Curry Chicken Salad By Paul Deen Recipe

Ingredients
  • lemon juice .
  • 2 c cooked chicken, sliced .
  • Dressing .
  • 1 tbsp bottled chutney, your choice .
  • 1/2 c red grapes, sliced in half .
  • 1 1/2 tsps curry powder .
  • 1/2 c celery, sliced .
  • 1 (11 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained & sliced .
  • 1 c mayonnaise .
  • 1/2 c slivered almonds .
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all salad ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Step #2 Mix all dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  • Step #3 Pour dressing over salad mixture, stir, & serve.
