Rhubarb Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c evaporated milk .
  • 3 c sliced rhubarb .
  • 1 c flour .
  • 1 pinch salt .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1 tsp baking soda, level

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step #2 Mix ingredients in large bowl.
  • Step #3 Pour into an ungreased 9x9 cake pan.
  • Step #4 Bake for 1 hr or until golden brown.
  • Step #5 Allow to cool & may be served warm.
  • Step #6 Garnish with milk & sprinkled sugar.
  • Step #7 Enjoy! To make a 9x13 pan double recipe.
