Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (250 ml) bottle frank's hot sauce (any flavor) .
  • 5 celery ribs .
  • 250 ml ranch dressing .
  • 1-1 1/2 c shredded cheese .
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese .
  • 4 chicken breasts

Directions
  • Step #1 Broil chicken breasts & shredd/finely chop into bite size pieces.
  • Step #2 Mix cream cheese & ranch dressing together.
  • Step #3 Spread in a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Step #4 Mix Frank's Hot Sauce with chicken & layer over cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #5 Add sliced celery & then cheese.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350°F for about 20 mins or until bubbly hot.
  • Step #7 Serve with taco chips (lime flavored ones are really good) and/or crackers.
  • Step #8 This recipe can be easily halved.
  • Step #9 I often make one recipe & divide it into 2 pie plates.
  • Step #10 It also freezes really well.
