• 1 c milk .
• 2 tbsps flour .
• 1/2 c grated swiss cheese .
• 1 pinch pepper .
• 2 tbsps butter .
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg

• Step #1 Microwave butter for 30 seconds.
• Step #2 Stir in flour & microwave for 1 min.
• Step #3 Gradually stir in the milk & spices.
• Step #4 Microwave on high for 3 min or until thick.
• Step #5 stirring every min.
