Ingredients
3 tbsps lemon juice .
1 (6 oz) can salmon, drained .
12 oz spinach linguine .
1 garlic clove, crushed .
2 tbsps fresh dill, sliced .
1 tsp lemon zest .
6 tbsps butter
Directions
Step #1 Heat butter in a skillet; stir in the garlic; sauté 1 min.
Step #2 Add salmon, lemon juice, zest & dill.
Step #3 Meanwhile cook the linguini in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, about 12 mins.
Step #4 Drain.
Step #5 Place linguini In a large-ish bowl; add the salmon sauce & toss before serving.
