Breakfast Biscuits (pampered Chef) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c crumbled sausage, cooked .
  • Filling 2 .
  • Biscuit Dough .
  • 1 tsp sugar .
  • Filling 3 .
  • 3 tbsps orange marmalade .
  • 1 tbsp baking powder .
  • 1/3 c butter or margarine, chilled .
  • Filling 1 .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 2 c flour .
  • 1/2 c sliced canned peaches .
  • 1/4 c grated sharp cheddar cheese .
  • 3 tbsps red raspberry preserves .
  • 1/2 c ricotta cheese or soft cream cheese .
  • 2/3 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step #2 Mix together flour, sugar, salt & baking powder.
  • Step #3 Cut in butter with Pastry Blender until mix is size of small peas.
  • Step #4 Add milk all at once.
  • Step #5 Stir until dough sticks together.
  • Step #6 (Food processor may be used.
  • Step #7 Use frozen butter cut into pieces) With floured hands, knead dough a little on lightly floured pastry cloth or board.
  • Step #8 Roll out half of dough to about 1/4" thick.
  • Step #9 Place about a scant tsps of your choice of filling on dough near the edge.
  • Step #10 Fold dough over filling.
  • Step #11 Cut & seal into crescent with 3" Cut `n Seal.
  • Step #12 Cut a slash or two in the top.
  • Step #13 Place on Baking Stone.
  • Step #14 Repeat using remainder of dough.
  • Step #15 Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins.
  • Step #16 Breakfast Biscuits may be frozen.
  • Step #17 Defrost & warm in the oven(wrapped in foil wrap) before serving.
