Lemon-rosemary Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c lemon juice .
  • 1 tsp dry mustard .
  • 375 g pork tenderloins .
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp crushed dried rosemary .
  • 1/4 c olive oil .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Rub pork all over with mustard & place this in glass baking dish.
  • Step #2 Stir together juice, oil, rosemary, & garlic.
  • Step #3 Pour over meat.
  • Step #4 Cover up & marinate at about room temp for 30 min or 8 hrs in fridge, turning every once in awhile.
  • Step #5 place at about room temp 30 min before cooking.
  • Step #6 Place pork on grill over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #7 Cook 20-25 min, turning often & brushing with marinade.
  • Step #8 Internal temperature should be 160°F.
