Double Peanut Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 3/4 c unsalted butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, & baking powder.
  • Step #3 In another bowl with an electric mixer cream butter, peanut butter, & sugar until light & fluffy.
  • Step #4 Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Step #5 Beat in flour mixture & stir in the chocolate chips & peanut butter chips.
  • Step #6 Drop dough by level tbspfuls 2 inches apart onto buttered baking sheets & bake cookies in batches in the middle of oven 20 mins.
  • Step #7 Cool cookies on racks.
  • Step #8 Cookies keep in airtight containers for about 5 days.
