Healthy Apple Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps fleishman's olive oil spread, you could use butter (or other healthy butter-like spread ( not the kind with added water) .
  • 1/2 c rolled oats .
  • 4 apples, peeled, cored & sliced .
  • 1 tbsp honey .
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour (or white flour) .
  • cooking spray .
  • 1/4 c brown sugar .
  • 2 tbsps cinnamon

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step #2 Dice your apples & put them in the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan.
  • Step #3 Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the honey & cooking spray.
  • Step #4 I start with a spoon & then use my fingers to get that butter thoroughly mixed inches.
  • Step #5 Spread the above mixture on top of the apples.
  • Step #6 Spray with cooking spray & drizzle with honey.
  • Step #7 Bake at 375 for 35 mins.
