Step #1 Place pin nuts in a non-stick skillet & toast over med-heat/flame until slightly browned (3 to 5 mins).
Step #2 While pin nuts are toasting, put remaining 9 ingredients in a food processor/blender.
Step #3 When pin nuts are toasted add them to the food processor/blender & mix pesto sauce until smooth.
Step #4 In a large pot, start boiling water for pasta.
Step #5 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step #6 While water is coming to a boil, scallions & tomatoes, cut up the asparagus, keeping them all separate from one another.
Step #7 Cook spaghetti according to box directions.
Step #8 Add asparagus to water 5 mins before pasta is fully cooked, strain, & replace this in pot over lowest heat setting.
Step #9 Add pesto sauce to spaghetti & mix.
Step #10 Heat oil in oven proof skillet over medium-high heat.
Step #11 Fillet chicken breasts in half, sprinkle with grill seasoning, coat with flour & place this in skillet & cook 2-3 mins on each side until slightly browned.
Step #12 Add tomatoes & scallions to chicken & place skillet into preheated oven.
Step #13 Cook chicken for 15-20 mins.
Step #14 When chicken is done, remove this from oven.
Step #15 Place Pesto-asparagus pasta on a plate & place a slice of chicken on top.
Step #16 Garnish as desired.
