• 2 tbsps sugar .
• 1 tbsp flour .
• 1/2 c water .
• 1 lb pork sausage .
• 2 large apples, peeled & sliced .
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon .
• 1/4 tsp salt .
• 2 large potatoes or sweet potatoes, peeled & sliced

• Step #1 Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
• Step #2 Coat a medium sized cassarole dish with non stick spray.
• Step #3 Remove sausage meat from casings & devide into bite sized pieces.
• Step #4 Place meat, potatoes & apples into dish.
• Step #5 Mix remaining ingrediants together & pour over contents in baking dish.
• Step #6 Bake covered 50-60 mins or until potatoes are cooked.
