Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey (I use turkey) .
  • 2 tsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 2 slices of soft bread, torn into pieces .
  • 3/4 c milk .
  • 3/4 c ketchup .
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper .
  • 3 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 1 lb ground pork .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt .
  • 2 tbsps minced onions .
  • For topping .
  • 1/8 tsp celery salt .
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 Break up the meat.
  • Step #2 Place all ingredients into bread machine & start on quick bread/cake cycle.
  • Step #3 When machine is done mixing, pause the machine, remove the paddle, & smooth the loaf down if you like.
  • Step #4 Mix the topping ingredients (3/4 c ketchup with 3 Tablespoons brown sugar) together.
  • Step #5 Pour topping over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Step #6 When done baking, use a spatula and/or fork to remove the loaf from the pan.
  • Step #7 This can be made in the oven.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hr.
