Step #2 Toss the shrimp with the vegetable oil, salt, & pepper.
Step #3 Dip one side of each shrimp in the toasted sesame seeds.
Step #4 Skewer with a toothpick.
Step #5 When the oven is heated, place the skewered shrimp (sesame seeds on top) on a foil wrap-lined baking sheet & bake 5 to 7 mins, until the shrimp are firm to the touch.
Step #6 For the dipping sauce, put the remaining ingredients into bowl & mix until mixed.
Step #7 Spice up to taste with salt & pepper.
