Ingredients
  • 1/2 sweet green pepper (finely sliced) .
  • 1 c bulgur wheat .
  • 1/4 c grated carrots .
  • 1/4 c sunflower seeds .
  • 1 small cucumber (finely sliced) .
  • 1/2 c onions (minced) .
  • 1/3 c olive oil .
  • 1/3 c lemon juice .
  • 1 garlic clove (minced or pressed) .
  • 1 1/3 c boiling water .
  • 3/4 c minced fresh parsley .
  • WHEN YOU EAT IT .
  • 2 tomatoes (finely sliced)

Directions
  • Step #1 Pour the boiling water over the bulgar & let it sit for about 20-30 mins.
  • Step #2 Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step #3 Cover up the bowl & put in refrigerator for a few hrs.
  • Step #4 The whole thing will tighten up after it sits & all the flavors mix.
  • Step #5 When you are ready to serve it, bring out the sunflower seeds & serve them in a separate bowl.
