Step #2 Melt the chocolate & butter in "bain-marie".

Step #4 Beat eggs & the yolks with sugar until the mixture becomes white, add cocoa, water & rum.

Step #6 After it gets cold, add the chocolate mixture into the eggs mixture & stir constantly.

Step #8 Add the almonds & the biscuits in small pieces & stir well.

Step #10 Pour the mixture into a bowl( in the shape of a hemisphere), after having it covered with a plastic membrane to prevent the mixture from soldering.

Step #14 Should you like the "Bomb" with chocolate syrup, which you prepare as follows.
Step #15 Melt in "bain-marie" 150gr.
Step #16 of dark chocolate with 1/2 c of cream & 2 tbsps of cognac.
Step #17 Make sure the "Bomb" is cold when pouring over it.
Step #18 Garnish with whipped cream.
Step #19 Another way of serving is to place the mixture in the refridgerator to cool, then make small 1 inch round balls & place this in baking c to serve.
