Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps vanilla yogurt .
  • 2 leaves kale (removed from stem) .
  • 1/4 c fat-free hazelnut-flavored nondairy liquid coffee creamer .
  • 1 banana .
  • 2 c ice .
  • 1/8 tsp coconut extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Make sure you remove the kale leaf from the central stem.
  • Step #2 Place all ingredients in mixer.
  • Step #3 Blend till smooth.
  • Step #4 I love coconut & hazelnut so I used those two flavors.
  • Step #5 Using the Christmas pumpkin spice creamer & vanilla extract is an awesome variation as well.
  • Step #6 Another is fat-free half & half with blueberry syrup & vanilla extract.
  • Step #7 The flavors don't match the color, this smoothie is bright green.
  • Step #8 Makes one huge meal-sized smoothie or two smaller ones.
