• 1/2 c milk .
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef .
• 2 tbsps sliced parsley .
• egg noodles .
• 1 tbsp butter or margarine .
• 1/2 c sour cream .
• 1 (1 oz) package onion soup mix, divided .
• 1 1/2 c water .
• 3 tbsps flour

• Step #1 In large bowl mix together ground beef, 2 tbsp of onion mix & milk.
• Step #2 Divide into about 24 balls.
• Step #3 Brown slowly in butter.
• Step #4 Stir in flour, remaining onion soup mix, parsley & water.
• Step #5 Simmer for 10 mins, stirring every once in awhile Over low heat.
• Step #6 Gradually mix in sour cream, careful not to boil.
• Step #7 Serve over cooked noodles.
