Tart Lime Pops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps finely grated lime zest .
  • 15 oz sliced canned pears or pear halves, 1/4 c juice reserved the rest drained .
  • 1/4 c thawed frozen limeade concentrate

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the pears, the limeade concentrate, the reserved juice, & the lime zest in a mixer & puree until smooth.
  • Step #2 Spoon into 6 pop molds or 3-oz paper c.
  • Step #3 Cover up & freeze until firm.
  • Step #4 (If using c, insert wooden sticks into the semifrozen pops after 90 mins.
