Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • Topping .
  • 1 egg .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 2/3 c milk .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • 1/2 c butter, melted .
  • 1 c reserved cake mix .
  • 1 (30 oz) can pumpkin (3 c) .
  • 1 (19 1/2 oz) box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c for topping) .
  • Filling

Directions
  • Step #1 Pre heat oven 375°.
  • Step #2 Grease bottom only of a 9x13 cake pan.
  • Step #3 Mix cake mix (all but the 1 c for topping), melted butter & 1 egg.
  • Step #4 Press into cake pan.
  • Step #5 This will be the crust.
  • Step #6 Mix all filling ingredients until smooth.
  • Step #7 Pour over the crust.
  • Step #8 Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle it over the filling.
  • Step #9 Bake 45-55 mins or until knife comes out clean.
