Fruit Sparkle Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c pecans, coarsly sliced .
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch .
  • 1 (3 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed .
  • 2 (15 oz) cans fruit cocktail .
  • 1/4 c granulated sugar .
  • 1/4 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain fruit cocktail, reserving syrup.
  • Step #2 In saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch & salt.
  • Step #3 Blend in water, then add syrup & juice concentrate.
  • Step #4 Cook & stir until mixture thickens & boils.
  • Step #5 Add fruit, then chill in the fridge.
  • Step #6 Stir in pecans before serving over ice cream.
