Salmon Pea Wiggle Recipe

Ingredients
  • salt & pepper .
  • 2 c frozen peas, thawed .
  • 3 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • crackers or cooked egg noodles (to serve) .
  • 3 c 2% low-fat milk .
  • 2 (14 3/4 oz) cans pink salmon, drained & flaked

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the milk In a large-ish saucepan over med-heat/flame until almost boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Step #2 Gradually whisk in the flour & continue cooking & stirring until slightly thickened, about 5 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir in the salmon & peas, & season to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Continue cooking & stirring until thick & heated through, about 10 mins.
  • Step #5 Serve over crackers or egg noodles.
