Step #2 Vut the second one in half & stack on top to form a snowman & attach to the ccake with 1 pretzel stick.
Step #3 Break the other stick in half & stick into the marshmallow to make the arms.
Step #4 Use decorator's gel icing to make mouth, eyes & buttons.
Step #5 Cut a wedge from the orange candy to make a carrot nose.
Step #6 Finally, for the top hat secure a junior mint to a thin mint & attach with icing.
Step #7 Add a fruit leather scarf.
