Orange Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick) .
  • 2 tsps bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World) .
  • 1 tbsp honey .
  • 2 tbsps low sodium soy sauce .
  • 1 tsp bottled minced garlic .
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar .
  • 3 tbsps orange juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Step #2 Combine first 6 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish, stirring with a whisk.
  • Step #3 Add fish to baking dish; spoon sauce over fish.
  • Step #4 Bake at 450° for 15 mins or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting every once in awhile with the sauce.
