• 1/8 tsp salt .
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin .
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper .
• 1 medium tomato, cored & sliced

• Step #1 Put tomato & garlic into food procesor & puree.
• Step #2 Add remaining ingredients & mix until smooth.
• Step #3 Transfer to a jar & put in the fridge.
• Step #4 Whisk before using.
• Step #5 Makes 2/3 c.
