Ingredients
  • 6-7 c Special K cereal .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1 c peanut butter .
  • 1 c butterscotch chips .
  • 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1 1/4 c corn syrup

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix sugar & syrup together In a large-ish saucepan & bring to a boil.
  • Step #2 Immediately remove this from heat.
  • Step #3 Add peanut butter & vanilla & mix well.
  • Step #4 Stir in Spec.
  • Step #5 K slowly.
  • Step #6 Put in greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Step #7 Melt chips together in microwave.
  • Step #8 Spread over the mixture.
  • Step #9 Chill 20 mins to set the chocolate mix.
  • Step #10 Cut into bars & enjoy! Store at about room temp in a tightly sealed container.
