1 c Dijon mustard (you might want to try deli style dijon mustard) .
5 lbs chicken wings .
4 tbsps low sodium soy sauce .
2 c brown sugar (you may want to use a little less if you don't like it to sweet)
Directions
Step #1 Chicken wings should have tips removed & thrown away, then separate the wings at the joint.
Step #2 Place them in the bottom of the crock-pot.
Step #3 Mix & mix the remaining ingredients & pour over the chicken.
Step #4 Cover up & cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs, you may want to remove the lid one hr before serving to remove some of the juices.
Step #5 NOTE: Chicken Crock Pot Wings Tip: You may want to use deli style dijon mustard to give them a really good flavor, & remove the lid about an hr before serving time.
