Two Step Crunchy Chicken Strips Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 c cheddar goldfish crackers, like Pepperidge Farm Goldfish (or pretzels) .
  • 2/3 c ranch salad dressing (or honey Dijon mustard) .
  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
  • Step #2 Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil wrap; lightly coat foil wrap with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 In a shallow dish place the crushed crackers or pretzels.
  • Step #5 In another shallow dish place the ranch dressing or mustard.
  • Step #6 Dip chicken tenderloins into the dressing or mustard, allowing excess to drip off; dip into cracker crumbs or crushed pretzels to coat.
  • Step #7 Arrange chicken in prepared pan.
  • Step #8 Bake for 10 to 15 mins or until chicken is no longer pink (170 degree F).
  • Step #9 Serve with extra ranch dressing or mustard.
