Cajun Sole With Green Beans & Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 c cauliflower, flouretts (fresh) .
  • 8 sole fillets (frozen) .
  • pepper .
  • 1/8 c lemon juice .
  • 1 tbsp butter .
  • cajun seasoning .
  • salt .
  • 1 green onion .
  • 3 c French style green beans (frozen)

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 lay your fillets evenly spaced on the sheet.
  • Step #4 evenly & carefully pour the lemon juice over each fillet- creating a moist side.
  • Step #5 sprinkle cajun seasoning over each fillet coating well - almost giving the image of blackened sole.
  • Step #6 bake for 30 mins (max) - VEGETABLES - Microwave your cauliflour until cooked but still a little crunchy (approx.
  • Step #7 8 - 10 mins).
  • Step #8 finely cut up your green onion & toss into the bean bowl.
  • Step #9 microwave your frozen french cut green beans & onion until done (approx 8 mins).
  • Step #10 Drain any liquid from the vegetables & toss together with the butter, salt & pepper totaste.
  • Step #11 Serve while still hot & fish is fresh from the oven.
  • Step #12 These two dishes take approximately the same time to cook / prepare & cook so there is no wait time between dishes.
