3 lbs lean meat, cut into small, bite sized pieces (Venison or beef) .
3 garlic cloves, minced .
1 (14 1/2 oz) can sliced tomatoes .
3 tbsps cumin .
2-3 tbsps olive oil .
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste .
3 tbsps chili powder .
2 1/2 c water (or more as needed) .
1 (12 oz) bottle dark beer .
1 (14 1/2 oz) can black beans or pinto beans .
2 tbsps flour .
1 (14 1/2 oz) can beef consomme .
1 tsp cayenne (or more, according to taste) .
2 large onions, sliced
Directions
Step #1 Salt & pepper meat & sear in oil,remove & set aside.
Step #2 While oil is still hot in pan sauté onions a few mins.
Step #3 Add garlic & stir, mix flour, Cumin, chili powder, salt & cayenne in a bowl & add to sauce pan a little at a time stirring well after each addition.
