Meatball And Vegetable Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 14 1/2 oz tomatoes with onion & garlic, sliced or stewed tomatoes .
  • 1 (12 oz) jar mushroom gravy .
  • 1/3 c water .
  • 1 1/2 tsps dried basil, crushed .
  • 16 oz frozen meatballs .
  • 8 oz frozen mixed vegetables (about 2 c)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker (aka crockpot) place meatballs & mixed vegetables.
  • Step #2 In a bowl stir this together undrained tomatoes, water, gravy, & basil; pour over meatballs & vegetables in cooker.
  • Step #3 Cover up & cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hrs or on high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hrs.
