Ww 6 Point "po' Boy" Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce .
  • 1/2 lb extra lean cured ham, deli sliced .
  • 2 tbsps fat-free mayonnaise .
  • 1 large tomato, sliced .
  • 2 oz low-fat swiss cheese .
  • 2 tbsps mustard (Creole or spicy) .
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/8 c canned water-packed artichoke hearts, without oil (about 2 pieces) .
  • 1/8 c roasted red peppers, drained & sliced (about 2 pieces) .
  • 4 medium hard rolls .
  • 1 c iceberg lettuce, shredded

Directions
  • Step #1 Toast rolls in preheated 350 degree oven for 5 mins.
  • Step #2 Remove from oven, hollow them out & cut them in half lengthwise.
  • Step #3 Stir together mayo, mustard, hot pepper sauce & Worcestershire sauce.
  • Step #4 Spoon 1/2 T.
  • Step #5 of mixture into cavaties of 8 hard roll halves.
  • Step #6 Layer on filling, 1/4 Celsius lettuce, 1/4 tomato, 2 oz.
  • Step #7 ham & 1/2 oz.
  • Step #8 cheese.
  • Step #9 Top with 1/4 of artichoke & pepper strips.
  • Step #10 Add top halves of rolls & serve.
