Chocolate Marshmallowcing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c marshmallow creme
  • 1 c evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 c white sugar
  • 1/2 c butter

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan over med-heat/flame cook sugar & evaporated milk to the soft ball stage 238 degrees F (114 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter or margarine, & the marshmallow creme.
  • Step #3 Stir until all are melted.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat & beat icing until cool.
  • Step #5 Use to ice cake as soon as possible.
