Creamy Chicken Hot Dish Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp salt
3 c cubed cooked chicken
1 c frozen peas, thawed
1 c crushed potato chips
1 1/2 c mayonnaise*
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 small onion, sliced
2 c cooked rice
2 celery ribs, sliced
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Step #1 In a small skillet, saute celery & onion in butter until crisp-tender.
Step #2 Place in a bowl; add the mayonnaise, soup, peas, lemon juice & salt.
Step #3 Stir in chicken & rice.
Step #4 Transfer to a greased 11-in.
Step #5 x 7-in.
Step #6 x 2-in.
Step #7 baking dish.
Step #8 Sprinkle top with potato chips.
Step #9 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 mins or until heated through.
