4 lbs ham (prefer Kretschinar it's already scored.) .
1/2 tsp allspice .
8 whole cloves
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step #2 Spray roaster pan with non stick cooking oil.
Step #3 Wash & score ham.
Step #4 Stud 8 cloves into ham.
Step #5 Cover up with foil wrap.
Step #6 Place in oven to cook about 1 hr per lb.
Step #7 Now to make glaze.
Step #8 In saucepan melt your butter,sugar,allspice.
Step #9 Drain juice off can of pineapple,set pineapple aside for later.
Step #10 Pour 1/2 c of pineapple juice into mixture in saucepan.
Step #11 Cook on med high heat till it comes to boil, then turn down heat & let simmer till you can drop it in a glass of cold water & it stays firm to the bottom of glass.
Step #12 When ham is done lay pineapple rings around the ham & secure with toothpicks.
Step #13 Place maraschino cherries inside rings of pineapple & secure with toothpicks.
Step #14 With a cooking brush spread glaze all over ham, repeat letting it stand for just a min between spreading.
Step #15 Continue till it begins to shine.
Step #16 Let stand for about 10 mins before carving.
