Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp ground coriander .
  • 1/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1-1 1/2 lb pork tenderloins, trimmed (2) .
  • 2 tbsps herbes de provence

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the brown sugar, coriander, herbes de Provence, salt & pepper in a small bowl.
  • Step #2 Rub this mixture evenly onto the tenderloins & place this in a zip lock bag.
  • Step #3 Chill for 2-4 hrs.
  • Step #4 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step #5 Place the tenderloins on a rack in a greased pan.
  • Step #6 Bake for 10 mins, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees.
  • Step #7 Bake an extra 20-30 mins or until a meat thermometer registers 155 degrees.
  • Step #8 Remove from oven & let this stand 10 mins before serving.
