- 1/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed .
- 1 tsp salt .
- 1/4 tsp pepper .
- 1-1 1/2 lb pork tenderloins, trimmed (2) .
- 2 tbsps herbes de provence
Directions
- Step #1 Combine the brown sugar, coriander, herbes de Provence, salt & pepper in a small bowl.
- Step #2 Rub this mixture evenly onto the tenderloins & place this in a zip lock bag.
- Step #3 Chill for 2-4 hrs.
- Step #4 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Step #5 Place the tenderloins on a rack in a greased pan.
- Step #6 Bake for 10 mins, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees.
- Step #7 Bake an extra 20-30 mins or until a meat thermometer registers 155 degrees.
- Step #8 Remove from oven & let this stand 10 mins before serving.
