Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloins Recipe

Step #1 Combine the brown sugar, coriander, herbes de Provence, salt & pepper in a small bowl.
Step #2 Rub this mixture evenly onto the tenderloins & place this in a zip lock bag.
Step #3 Chill for 2-4 hrs.
Step #4 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step #5 Place the tenderloins on a rack in a greased pan.
Step #6 Bake for 10 mins, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees.
Step #7 Bake an extra 20-30 mins or until a meat thermometer registers 155 degrees.
Step #8 Remove from oven & let this stand 10 mins before serving.
