Step #3 Add gelatin & sugar slowly; beat until soft peaks form & sugar is dissolved.
Step #4 Beat in vinegar.
Step #5 Fold in white chocolate chips.
Step #6 (I actually prefer not to use these -- but my husband likes it with them)
Drop one tsps worth of meringue onto an un-greased cookie sheet lined with parchment or brown paper.
Step #7 [If you make them too big, they won’t cook all of the way through.
Step #8 Also, I have found that it works best if you use a non-stick cookie sheet.

Step #10 Bake 25 mins.
Step #11 Turn oven off & leave the cookies in the oven 20 mins longer.
