Ingredients
  • 1/4 c olive oil .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 c dry white wine .
  • 3 c fresh mushrooms, sliced .
  • 2 tsps capers .
  • 1/3 c fresh lemon juice .
  • 1 lb spaghetti .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, sliced (flat-leaf)

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, heat olive oil in skillet over med.
  • Step #3 heat.
  • Step #4 Saute` mushrooms & garlic lightly for 2 mins.
  • Step #5 Add white wine & lemon juice.
  • Step #6 Simmer over low heat/flame until liquid has cooked down by one-half (about 4 min.
  • Step #7 ).
  • Step #8 Stir capers into sauce & heat thoroughly.
  • Step #9 Add cooked spaghetti to skillet & season this with salt & pepper.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with parsley.
  • Step #11 Garnish with lemon wedge & serve.
