Chicken Livers With Bacon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 lb chicken livers, rinsed & trimmed
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
  • toothpicks
  • 1 lb bacon

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, stir this together the mustard & olives.
  • Step #3 Dip each chicken liver in the mustard mixture, then wrap with a slice of bacon.
  • Step #4 Secure bacon with toothpicks.
  • Step #5 Arrange the livers in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Step #6 Bake for about 20 mins in the preheated oven, or until livers are firm & bacon is browned.
