Ingredients
  • 1 lb semisweet chocolate, premium & sliced .
  • 2/3 c heavy cream .
  • 3 tbsps Amaretto .
  • 1 lb fruit, cut into bite size pieces (such as apples, bananas, strawberries)

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chocolate pieces in double boiler.
  • Step #2 Heat on low over a stovetop until chocolate is mostly melted.
  • Step #3 Add cream & stir completely.
  • Step #4 Heat mixture on low until it is smooth & even consistency, about 10 mins.
  • Step #5 Add Amaretto nnd stir briefly for 1 min.
  • Step #6 Remove as soon as possible from stovetop.
  • Step #7 Place pot over fondue warmer if you have a one.
  • Step #8 Dip fruit in fondue using fondue forks or toothpicks.
